Video of The Roots We Follow – Spring 2024 Play

Welcome to the Neighborhood School’s play, The Roots We Follow. Inspired by Robin Wall Kimmerer’s Braiding Sweetgrass for Young Adults, this performance features our talented students ages 6-12. We journey through the connections between nature and Indigenous wisdom, reflecting on our roles as earth caretakers. In a time when the climate crisis weighs on young minds, this production shines as a beacon of hope, celebrating gratitude, reciprocity, and interconnectedness. Enjoy the show!
